![]() ![]() I did a lot of reading and research throughout the pandemic –––searching for kettlebell training programs that fit my goals and equipment availability. Many of us only had the option to keep training with one or two heavy, handled cannonballs. Some of us had the luxury to build out a full home-gym or garage gym. It is an international symbol of ‘essentialism’ and primitive strength. ![]() The kettlebell is analogous to simplicity itself. ![]() It challenged us to choose new programs and modify existing programs for working out at home. It forced us to pair-down to the bare essentials ––– to do the best we can, with what we have.įor many of us, that meant giving up gym memberships, barbells, plates, dumbbells, cable machines, GHDs, assault bikes, rowers, and all the fun gym toys we’re accustomed to.
